Every member with a register number, a kind and a status. Each change keeps the decision behind it, and the book prints or goes to Excel whenever it is asked for.

Events with sign-ups
Post an event with places and prices for members and guests. Members sign up in the app, a full event gets a waiting list, and the payment goes on their card.

Write the subjects and send the invitation at a click. At the assembly the program counts the quorum and the votes, warns about a subject outside the invitation, and the minutes are signed with a PIN and locked.

Treasury and accounts
Dues come in by themselves. You write expenses, sponsors and grants, with the receipt beside them. The accounts come out ready, next to the budget, with balances for cash and bank.

The club gets a website with its events, a membership form and articles. Writers write and a person in charge approves before anything goes public. If you already have a site, it can take members and dues from here with Clubs Pro.

Equipment and club items
Tents, helmets, ropes: you know what the club owns, who has it now and what is late. Rent and deposit go on the member's account, and on return the treasurer chooses whether the deposit stays as credit or is paid back in cash. T-shirts and caps are sold from stock, for cash or on the member's account.
